Looks great! The effects are a lot more flavourful than plain ability score damage. However, I might rather key the saving throw DC to Constitution (or Charisma, when said Constitution is lacking, as with undead). -HarrowedMind 00:16, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Mostly what Cid said, though I don't necessarily agree with some of the endpoints of the diseases. While I do like this, I'd give it a 4/5 rather than a full mark. |

Have been looking for ways to make disease part of the game agein, this lets me do that, im gonna convert all my diseases so the also follow this variant. |
