Freezing Liquid Spell [Metamagic]
The goblins found themselves washed away by a freezing cold wave.Prerequisites: Ability to cast Cold spellsBenefit: As long as you have a Cold spell available to cast, you can cast freezing liquid water spells: a Water spell modified by this metamagic inflicts extra Cold damage. If the spell doesn't normally deal damage to hit points, it deals extra cold damage equal to its level. If it already deals damage, half of its damage is Cold damage.
A non-damaging freezing liquid spell uses a spell slot of same spell level, while a damaging one uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level.
Normal: Water spells are not so cold.
