|reason=While this is a very amusing visual I feel like mechanically this would be awkward as a PC. If you start as one of these at level 1 you only have 10 ft movement speed and 20 ft hover (which almost feels like light flying in and of itself which they dont technically get until 5 HD? So for the first 5 levels the party has to either move 33% or 66% slower or find a way to carry you.. Based on other's reactions I feel like Im missing some kind of pop-culture reference here.

Designing undead races is... incredibly difficult and probably actually impossible in the basic framework of the core game. As for the movement speed, they can always hover, so they're not any slower than having a dwarf/halfling/gnome in the party, typically. The amount that this is a pop culture reference is only its similarity to big skull enemies in video games, like Castlevania. That's it. It is just presented in a goofy sort of way due to the inherent ludicrousness of a gigantic undead skull that hovers around. That said, I do appreciate all the feedback this has gotten. I've only ever had them show up in games as NPCs. --Ganteka Future (talk) 18:54, 3 August 2022 (UTC)
