These tears of joy, typically bottled in a blue glass decanter, act as an anti-depressant when consumed, allowing the drinker the option to reroll any save to resist morale penalties (including effects already in place, though at a -2 penalty, choosing the better of his two results). The effects last for 1d4+1 hours.
They taste sweet and have a soothing scent.
There is a small (10%) chance that the drinker's eyes turn an aqua-blue color for the duration.
