Additionally anything hit needs to make a Will save vs Frightened, If Will is successful then the subject is Shaken (No save; see below)
When there is a creature in sight within 30 feet; damage is halved (rounded up) and no will save is needed.
- If Frightened each round subject must to make a Will save vs Frightened to reduce to being Shaken
- If Shaken subjects need to make a Will save vs Shaken to negate at the end of each turn
The weapon affected seems to absorb light as it turns pitch black.
