"Warning, some functionalities may still be in beta."Prerequisites: Syntoid Race, 5 HDsBenefit: Whenever you use your Overclock racial ability, you may fall under the effect of haste but if you do, you are also confused for as long as you maintain. This is in addition to the normal effect of overclock.
