Encircled with faintly glowing moonstones, this gleaming, etched golden band floats above the wearer's head. It is said to have come from designs first inscribed by the Heirs of Cathasaigh and made for their most regal members.
While worn, the wearer gains the benefits of the Mental Altarx feat as well as a hover speed of 20 feet (perfect). Additionally, once per day, the wearer may, as an immediate action, grant themselves a +4 Deflection bonus to AC for 1 round.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, levitate, resistance, shield.
