Leatherworker [Item Creation]
Prerequisites: Craft (leatherworker) 4 ranks.Benefit: A character with this feat gains the following benefits:
- You gain a +4 bonus on Craft skill checks made to craft with leather, hides and furs as well as on Survival checks for harvesting these materials.
- You gain the benefits of the Craft Magic Arms & Armor feat but only for the purpose of crafting leather-, hide- and fur-based armors and weapons. You count your caster level for these purposes as your ranks in the appropriate Craft –3.
- You never ruin your materials if you fail your Craft skill check by 5 or more when working with leathers, hides or furs.
- You craft with leather and harvest hides and skins twice as fast as normal.
