Ahhhhhhhh.... That feels soooo gooooood...
This rectangular hard leather pouch is only a few inches on a side. It dispenses up to two double-ended cotton swabs each day. If used for a full minute to clean one's ears, the swab bestows a +2 bonus to listening checks for 12 hours. Multiple uses within the same 12 hour period do not provide any additional benefit aside from a deep, satisfying feeling of clean in one's ears. There are arcane runes along the bottom of the pouch that warn users not to insert the swabs into the ear canal, but this advice is seldom heeded.
