Rend Space [General]
Prerequisites: Skipper's Decisive Strike +3d6Benefit: As a standard action you may expend 3 points of warp to make a special attack, using your warp energy to rend space itself. You can either make a touch attack, or choose a grid intersection point within your reach. If you make a touch attack and successfully hit, you deal twice your decisive strike in damage to the touched creature. If you choose a grid intersection, all creatures adjacent to that intersection except her take twice your decisive strike damage, with a Reflex save (DC 10 + half skipper level + your Skipper Focus's bonus) allowed to halves damage.
The damage from rend space is typeless, cannot be reduced and ignore hardness. If a creature damaged by rend space has temporary hit points, the damage is evenly divided between the creature’s temporary hit points and its actual hit points. Any excess damage dealt to the creature’s temporary hit is dealt to the creature’s actual hit points as normal.
