Ghostwheel is correct here. I am going to be a bit more sympathetic here since 1 Cha is actually not all that much, you're apt to kill them in the X many rounds it will take to drain them. That said, much like the spell Ray of Stupidity, this thing destroys certain creatures. Vermin come to mind. This isn't a huge deal but it's still probably not appropriate for Least. Stranger still, it's kind of an essence effect on a... shape. Now that doesn't make any sense.

	Ability damage, much less ability drain, is way too strong at Moderate, or even High level. Plus this usually has no effect, or will bring something down way too quickly.
