I'm not sure if these feats are meant for hirelings/followers to take. If that's the case, this feat is alright (not really great, but offers the option for you to exert diplomacy through ambassadors and the like).

It's kinda lame that you need to have a low charisma score though. Being able to speak on the behalf of your leader takes a great deal of diplomatic skill. So, if anything, you should actually need some ranks in diplomacy in order to use this feat effectively.

So, all in all, interesting idea, but it has quite a few issues with the execution.

Charisma means more than "your words are bad" -- you can have a bad way of saying them, bad mannerisms, etc.

Now this Anti feat just doesn't make sense. "Because I am bad at talking, I'm really good at making people Fanatically loyal to my friends."
