Look mommy, free wishes at level 6. Largely fixed. Now a interesting class.

Not just very high, broken high. I agree with Ghost here, but even beyond that, all you need is to buy the meat of some powerful creature, and suddenly you're it.

Entirely too abusable, and that's sad, cause the idea is sound.

Quina was an awesome character in FF9 and that is exactly what I imagine here. I think this PrC would be a lot of fun to play and I like the fact that it is only 4 levels long so that it is a secondary job, not a primary one.
