The mouth of a klurichir, mounted on the stomach.

Price (Item Level): 6,500 gp (10th)

Body Slot: Body (graft)

Caster Level: 10th

Aura: Moderate (DC 19) transmutation and strong (DC 21) evil

Activation: - and free (mental)

Weight: -

Mounted in the stomach, this gaping maw features razor-sharp teeth. It is best not to describe what it looks like when not implanted - or how it gets implanted.

If a creature undergoes a painful procedure involving most of its lower body being hacked apart beyond recognition, it can be given this graft, which gives it an additional mouth, fully capable of speaking and eating. It can also bite their enemies with its razor-sharp teeth, and possibly even swallow them whole.

The user gains a bite attack, which is always considered a secondary attack, but adds the user's full Strength bonus to damage rolls. It deals 1d12 damage for a Medium creature, and is considered to have the vorpal property. This attack has a maximum reach of 5 ft., even if your reach is longer. Additionally, if the user hits a creature up to two size categories smaller than themselves with this bite attack, they can initiate a grapple as a free action.

Prerequisites: Graft Flesh, keen edge, creator must be evil

Cost to create: 3,250gp, 7 days
