| Effect: The target takes 1[W] + Dexterity modifier extra damage from the triggering attack, plus an equal amount of ongoing damage. While suffering from this ongoing damage, the target takes a -1 penalty to all defenses. Level 11: 2[W] + Dexterity modifier extra damage. Level 21: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier extra damage. | |
