Gift Of Life [Salient Ability]
Don't you dare die on me! I'm supposed to be the one who kills you!Prerequisites: Divine Rank 1Benefit: The deity restores the dead creature to life, no matter what the condition of the body. This ability works like the true resurrection spell able to be cast at will, though the material and XP components remain. It has a caster level equal to your character level.
If you have 6 divine ranks, the costs are cut in half, and you can raise the dead no matter how long they've been dead. This ability can resurrect an elemental or outsider and can resurrect a creature whose soul is trapped, provided the soul is not held by a deity of higher rank than the one using this ability.
If you have 11 divine ranks, this ability can restore a creature to life against its will, but only with the permission of whatever deity rules the underworld or the divine realm where the mortal’s soul resides. The creature gets a Will save to resist, DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Cha modifier. In addition the ability no longer has any material or XP cost. You can now revive any creature as its original type, even destroyed Constructs and Undead.
If you have 16 divine ranks, you may use this ability as a 1 round action. Alternatively you can revive up any number of creatures out to 1000 feet per caster level, though this use costs 25,000 gp and takes 10 minutes of casting time.
This ability cannot restore life to a creature that has been slain by the Hand Of Death salient ability of a deity with a higher rank.
Special: Suitable for deities of Healing and Life.
