Class Features

All of the following are class features of the Eldritch Blast Specialist.

Invocations (Sp): At each level, you gain new invocations known and an increase in caster level as if you had also gained a level in the warlock class. (This includes eldritch blast.) You do not, however, gain any other benefit a warlock would have gained, including improved damage reduction and fiendish resilience. The invocations you gain must either be Eldritch Essences or Blast Shapes.

Eldritch Blast Damage (Sp): At each level, your eldritch blast damage increases by 1d6. This total is added to your eldritch blast damage gained from other sources, such as your levels in warlock, to determine your total eldritch blast damage.

Campaign Information

Playing an Eldritch Blast Specialist

Combat: You focus on dealing damage. Try to stay outside of melee.

Advancement: Dipping into this class can give a much needed power boost, especially if you take it during levels you would normally take a blast shape or eldritch essence. Homebrew feats like Explosive Eldritch Blast and Precision Blast will increase your damage dramatically.

Resources: You can expect people who see your eldritch blast to fear you more, as your blast will look stronger when taking this class.
