Illuminator, Elan [Metapsionic, Racial]
By the power vested in me, blah, blah, blah. Welcome to your new life kid. Now go away you bother me!Prerequisites: Elan 9 HD. Skills: Knowledge (Psionics) 15 ranks, and Psicraft 15 ranks.Benefit: Any Elan with this feat can "make" new Elans (called candidates). In order to achieve this, an Illuminator must make mental contact (Psicraft check DC equal to 25 + total HD of candidate) with the candidate. Then the Illuminator must manifest at least a 3rd level Telepathy power on the candidate while expending their psionic focus and spending 4 additional power points. If successful, the candidate is a brand "new made" level 1 Elan.
Normal: No known procedure exists for creating new Elans.Special: A retry is possible for the same candidate if the original ritual fails, however this ritual can only be performed once a year and the DC increases by 1 for each failure for said candidate.
