Low - Whispers in the Mist [Racial]
Prerequisites: Foghorn racial trait.Benefit: While inside of mist or fog you are always under the effect of the message spell, which allows you to communicate to creatures that you pointed to, using the mist as a medium.
Special: This is a supernatural ability and you use your HD as caster level.
