Supercell Reactor [Reserve] Prerequisites: Must be able to cast a 1st level spell with the [electricity] descriptorBenefit: As long as you have a spell of 1st level or higher with the [electricity] descriptor available to cast, you are able to discharge electricity safely. Whenever a technological device you are holding would use an energy charge, you may instead provide the energy charge yourself. You have a total number of charges per day equal to the highest level electricity spell you have available to cast + either your Constitution bonus or main casting ability score bonus (whichever is higher). You regain your daily charge whenever you rest at least 8 hours.

You can charge batteries, transferring any number of your charges to the battery, as a 1 round action.

As a secondary benefit, you gain a +1 competence bonus to your caster level when casting a spell with the [electricity] descriptor.
