Sunwarded Plate
Price: 5,500 GP
Body Slot: Armor
Caster Level: 5th
Aura: Faint Abjuration
Activation: Passive
Weight: 55 lbs.

This +1 full plate armor is extremely well-made and is paired with a great helm. Its joints are masterfully crafted so that no gap can allow light to shine through. The great helmet is fitted with tinted glass and mirrors, which allows the wearer to see perfectly outside without exposing her eyes to sunlight. While worn with alongside it matching great helm, the sunwarded plate acts as a sun-sensitivity outfit that is effective while in combat and the wearer does not count as being exposed directly to sunlight. The protection offered by the armor has no effect on vulnerability to sunlight that is psychological in nature, such as daylight helplessness.

Since the armor is gapless, and is made ineffective if any pieces are removed, a vampire wearing a sunwarded plate cannot use her dominate ability, bite attack, and her energy drain. Additionally assuming an alternate or gaseous form would remove the armor, and probably lead to her death. Non-vampire wearers lose access to any bite and gaze attack they normally have while wearing a full set of sunwarded plates.

Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor.
Cost to Create: 2,750 GP, 220 EXP, 5 days.
