This spell can only be made into a potion, or an alchemist extract and cannot be cast normally. Once imbibed, the truth serum causes the drinker to be unable to actively lie. The drinker cannot speak falsehood, use misdirection or speak any information that the drinker believe isn't true. The drinker may still accidentally lie if they are misinformed themselves. If the concoction is force-fed to a creature, it is allowed a Reflex to spit it out, negating the spell.
Furthermore, whenever the drinker talks she must make a Will save or reveal all relevant information about the subject. Once she makes successful save, she does not need to make it again about that particular topic. The drinker may of course remain silent.
