Executioner
A weapon with Executioner is hilariously effective at slaughtering people in underhanded ways. This has three effects.
The Coup de Grace receives a massive boost. For the purposes of a Coup de Grace, your critical hit multiplier is one step higher (2x to 3x, 3x to 4x, 4x to 5x, and so on), you no longer provoke attacks of opportunity for performing one, and you do so a step faster (full-round action to standard action, standard to move, move to swift, and swift to free). You may instead perform it two steps faster, but you will provoke as normal.
For the purposes of Sneak Attack, the weapon is considered two size categories larger (only for damage dice, not range), and you increase your ability modifier multiplier on damage by one step (.5x to 1x to 1.5x to 2x and so on).
Lastly, on a Death Attack, you add your highest ability modifier, or half your BAB to the DC, whichever is lower.
Special: If put on an Assassin Dagger, the bonuses are improved.
Coup de Grace: Crit multiplier instead improves two steps, speed instead improves two steps, or three if you choose to provoke.
Sneak Attack: Counts as three size categories larger, adds an additional d6 to sneak damage, and you double your damage granted by ability modifiers instead of it increasing by a step.
Death Attack: You instead add your highest ability modifier, or your BAB to the DC, whichever is lower.
Moderate Necromancy, Faint Evocation; CL 13; Murderous Intent, Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Quicken Spell, any one [Death] spell; Price: +5.
