Highlander Syndrome
You suffer from a mysterious illness that prevents you from aging.
Benefit: You do not age after becoming a young adult.
Drawback: As the time passes your loved ones slowly die while you remain the same this takes a great toll on your psychology. Instead of the negative effects of aging you get -1 penalty on all of your rolls per age category. (For example a venerable human who suffers from Highlander Syndrome gets -3 penalty on all of his rolls.)
Special: You must be able to age.
Roleplaying Ideas: Your character might be the ancient wizard who wants to cure his mysterious illness that prevents him from dying or a young woman who acts like your 70 year old grandma.
