Slow Levitation [Psionic]
Benefit: As long as you are psionically focused you may start levitating as a move action, gaining an Hover speed equal to half your base land speed with perfect maneuverability. If you lose your psionic focus while hovering you must make a DC 15 Balance check or fall Prone.
