Dangling from a slender silver chain, an obsidian head wrenched in silent agony cries out impotently.
Often thought to be related to followers of Ymmadraugge, the amulet brings both boon and suffering.
The possessor of this horrible head suffers a –2 penalty on saves against curses and is automatically sickened while under any Transmutation effect for its normal duration. However, any Transmutation effect has its duration doubled on the wearer.
