1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.
This gun-like device is operated by pneumatic and other strange mechanisms. This cannon can be loaded with up to three thrown alchemical items, firing them as if they were projectiles. An alchemical item fired this way uses the cannon's range and critical hit multiplier, but otherwise act as if it was thrown by the wielder. If the alchemical cannon is enhanced, it bestow those enhancement on any alchemical items fired from it as if they were ammunition.
An alchemical cannon can be loaded with one or more alchemical item as a move action, although the wielder required to have the items on hand. An Alchemical Cannon can be used a simple weapon two-handed. If a wielder possesses exotic weapon proficiency, she may attach it to their forearm, keeping the hand wielding it free and requiring the other arm simply for aiming.
An AlchemistPathfinder and an InvestigatorPathfinder gain exotic weapon proficiency with the alchemical cannon in a game with modern technology being widely available.
