Zap! Your enemy is a toad.
If you successfully hit the target with a ranged touch attack, they are transformed into a toad unless they succeed on a Will save. They retain their memories and personality, but no other qualities. They do not possess the necessary vocal chords for speech.
An amphibiated creature which is kissed on the lips will immediately revert back to normal.
