This magically augmented horn amplifies the voice of whoever is speaking through it, decreasing Listen checks to hear the voice by 40 in a 400 ft cone, and 20 for those outside of the cone. In rare occasions it is a minor weapon. If used within 5 ft of a creature in the cone area of effect, the creature must make a DC 15 Fort save or be deafened for 1d4 rounds.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, amplifySpC.
