You breathe out the untarnished name of the creature, letting it write over the creature's name and restoring them back to "how they should be". The target creature can reroll any one save they failed within 1 round prior, even if they are petrified or dead. This reverses the effect if they succeed on the save. You cannot reroll a save they have already rerolled through this ability.
Reverse: Your breath holds the damaged name of a creature, as they were but moments ago. You force a creature to reroll an effect they succeeded on within 1 round prior. You cannot force a creature to reroll a save they have already rerolled via this ability.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, they still get the reroll ability but at a -2 penalty (for normal) or a +2 bonus (for reverse).
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You purge all negative status effects from the target, except for death. They still get the reroll ability, though it really only matters for recovering from a death effect they failed last round.
Reversed: As normal, but they are forced to reroll at -4 save. Even on a successful save, they retain a -4 penalty on all saves for 1d4 rounds.
