You command the universe who is strong, and who is weak, and the universe sees things your way, if only for a moment. You can increase the caster level of a target (including yourself) by +2 for 1 round.
Reverse: You reverse the utterance to declare a being to be weak and frail. They take a -2 penalty on caster level and DCs for all abilities for 3 rounds, unless they succeed on a Will save to reduce it to 1 round.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the bonus (and penalties) are halved.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: Targets gain a +6 bonus to caster level and a +3 bonus to DCs for 1 round.
Reversed: The duration becomes permanent. Treat this as a curse, able to be removed by things which affect curses. On a successful Will save you gain the normal effect for 3 rounds.
