Revolvicus Caliberius!

By wielding a wand, rod, or staff you emit beams of simple elemental energy in a 60 ft ray that deals 1d6 points of the damage as directed by its focus. You can perform the somatic components of this ability with the hand holding the focus without problem.

The wand, rod, or staff must have been a magic item, even if it has no charges remaining. However if it has at least 1 charge, you deal an additional +1 damage per highest level spell within (so a wand of fireball deals 1d6+3 damage).

Focus: A magic (or formerly charged) wand, rod, or staff with a crystal tip of ruby (fire), sapphire (cold), topaz (electricity), or emerald (acid).
