Century Student
You are a particularly talented inventor, probably amongst the first to discover and use gunpowder. While many self-taught geniuses exist, it is also possible that you were trained under another revolutionary mind. In any case, you draw your grit for your superior reasoning abilities instead of your instinct.
Class: Gunslinger
Level: 1st, 2nd (Legendary)
Replaces: Class Skill, Deadeyed, Eagle Eyed (Legendary)
Benefit: A century student gain the following class features:
Class Skill: A century student add Knowledge (Geography), Knowledge (History) and Knowledge (Nobility) to her list of class skills instead of Bluff and Ride.
Academic Pursuit (Ex): A century student uses her Intelligence instead of her Wisdom (and vise versa) for all gunslinger class features, including those gained through an archetype. A century student gain a good Will save instead of a good Fortitude save.
Inventor (Ex): As long as a century student has at least 1 grit, she gain half her level as a bonus on Craft and Knowledge (Engineering) checks.
This ability replaces the deadeye deed, for a legendary gunslinger it is gained at 2nd level and replaces eagle eyed.
