Character Sheet[edit]
This fine white sheet of paper is criss crossed with strange arcane text and empty lines to fill in information. When filled in with the appropriate information, a unique living creature is conjured up matching the ability scores, class, race, items appropriate for their level, and history written down. In fact, the timeline is altered slightly so that this person has always existed, with a family and friends with the one stipulation that the historical changes have no major impact on history. For example, you could write up and conjure a 5th level dwarven fighter who was a hunter in the town of Bronzewick, and slew many owlbears in his history. He could not however have killed the current mayor of Bronzewick, or saved the world from a threat real or imagined. The conjured creature is independant from its creator, but generally starts out friendly to them.
The person created by this artifact acts like a normal person in all respects but one. They are irrevocably tied to their character sheet. If their character sheet is destroyed, their conjured equipment vanishes and they die and cannot be ressurected without the effect of at least two miracle or wish spells; one to restore the character sheet and another to restore the character themselves. The conjured person is aware of this fact and will go to great lengths to ensure their character sheet is safe from danger. Fortunately while it is prone to Mt. Dew stains and Cheeto dust, the character sheet is more durable than normal paper with hardness 10 and 20 hp. Fire bypasses hardness, and it is immune to cold damage.
You are limited in how strong a creature you can create with a character sheet equal to your HD -2 maximum. Once a character sheet is completed, the text becomes permenant and cannot be removed. As the conjured person moves and grows, the sheet will automatically update itself to the character's current status and gear even if they are on another plane.
