The Cloudbreaker Staff is a red +1 Returning Urukke Steel Great Staff is said to be capable of flying. Unlike a normal Great Staff it can be thrown, with a range of 100 feet. The Cloudbreaker Staff's superior Returning allow it track it wielder and return as a free action.
In the hands of a Monk, the Cloudbreaker Staff can be ridden as a Variant Broom of Flying with the same limitations except that the speed of the staff is increased by the Monk's Unarmed Speed Bonus and feats which increase it. If the Cloudbreaker Staff is enhanced into at least a +4 weapon it can be used as a Greater Broom of Flying.
The Cloudbreaker Staff is a unique item that cannot be replicated, but is not an artifact and thus may be destroyed or enhanced further as normal.
