Creepy Erratic Movement
You move with an unsteady, arrhythmic, unnatural motion, and most people find it unsettling.
Benefit: Your jerky gait and body movements give your opponents a -1 to AC against your attacks and any of their saves against your fear effects. This is a fear effect and a mind-affecting extraordinary ability. Opponents must be able to see you for the effect to function.
Drawback: If your base land speed is 20 feet or less, it decreases by 5 to a minimum of 5 feet. If your base land speed is higher than 20 feet, it decreases by 10. Incorporeal undead have their hover or fly speed reduced by the same amount. You lose the ability to run. You also take a -10 to all Handle Animal checks.
Special: Must have Undead or Construct creature type.
Roleplaying Ideas: If you are a construct, you have likely suffered some manner of irreparable damage, or you were badly designed or built, resulting in your freaky-looking movement. If you are undead, the negative energies infusing your body are unstable, and the effort it took to swing your leg half a second ago may suddenly be too much effort or not enough, causing you to lurch all over the place.
