Make a melee attack. In addition to the usual damage, they take instead full bleedout damage, which deals 20% of their maximum hp in damage. If the attack is a confirmed critical hit, it instead takes off 50% of their maximum hp.
If the creature dies from this maneuver, all of the creature's allies within 60 ft must make a Will save or become shaken for 1 minute.
Creatures without a Con score, or creatures without blood or a blood substitute, are immune to bleedout.
