Crude Oil Pot[edit]

This small clay pot can be broken with a heavy impact, releasing a black oil over the surface where it hits.

A small clay pot filled with a mixture of heavy and light crude oil, it is a more weaponized version of typical lamp oil. It can be thrown as a grenade weapon with a range of 10 ft, dealing no damage on impact but covering any target and a 5 ft square in black oil. If the square or creature takes 1 point of fire damage, the oil bursts into flame dealing 1d6 fire damage immediately. Oil sticks until washed off, or until detonated. On smooth non-porous surfaces (such as stone, but not soil or sand) it also leaves the area slippery as if covered in grease until detonation or natural erosion removes it in 1d4 days.
