This spell first acts like a resilient sphere, creating a black, almost completely opaque sphere around the targeted creature; however, this spell is much more sinister. At the beginning of each of the entrapped creature's turns, the sphere start to shrink, compressing the creature with its indestructible barriers; the effect depends on how many rounds the creature was entrapped.
1st Round: The creature becomes immobilized (no saves) until it leaves the sphere.
2nd-3rd Round: The creature starts getting progressively crushed, taking 10d6 damage. The pain is so excruciating the creature becomes helpless until it leaves the sphere, and for 1d4 rounds thereafter.
4th-7th Round: As 3rd, but the creature must make a fortitude save vs death. This is not a [death] effect.
8th-11th Round: The creature is reduced to 1/20th of its size; at this point, it's just dead.
12th Round+: The creature is now as big as a pea; consider its body and equipment destroyed.
Worse is that the sphere is hard to pierce and possesses some internal defense; the area inside is always under the effect of dimensional anchor. The sphere itself is even more resilient; any effect that would destroy a force effect must also deal a total of 10 points of damage per caster level to the sphere to destroy it (can be spread over multiple attacks).
Incorporeal creatures are unaffected by the crushing parts of the spell, but are still contained.
Material Component: Potato pancakes.
