You may use a death attack like an assassin subject to the same limitations, with the following exceptions.
The death attack is Dex based, and deals 1d6 points of precision damage per two initiator levels. This stacks with sneak attack.
You may make the death attack without 3 rounds of study and against creatures which realize you are an opponent, but you do not get the bonus precision damage if you do so.
If you actually possess death attack, the DC of your normal death attack and this maneuver increases by +2.
