Did You Know?
Nature abhors a vacuum the way that you abhor a lull in conversation. You are compelled to fill those voids with random info dumps.
Prerequisite: Ability to communicate
Effect: Whenever you are adjacent to another character or characters outside of combat and none of you have spoken in the last round, you must start talking and sharing trivia, which must last at least 3 rounds. You want to make sure the other person heard you, so you speak at normal volume. Listen DC 0 to be heard by listen check from 10' away and DC 10 to be heard and understood from 10' away. In a social setting if you are within 10' of other people and none of them are speaking or has spoken in the last round then you must start talking to your closest neighbor.
While speaking to fill the conversational void you are effectively fascinated until you have finished sharing your information or if something breaks the fascination (such as an obvious threat), but even if the fascination is broken you must keep communicating or else it is going to bother you. If you cannot think of anything to say, or you are kept from communicating, then your irritation over the matter invokes a -2 morale penalty to attack, ability checks, skill checks, and saves for 1 hour while you replay the situation over and over in your mind in frustration.
Benefit: A High bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: Special abilities and skill uses may be performed such as Bardic Performance, Perform (Oratory), or Intimidation or Diplomacy, if the speaking lasts long enough to satisfy requirements and has even a tenuously relevant segue.
