You release a disruptive wave of energy that disrupts psionics and suppresses their use. Make a single dispel check against all creatures in the area of effect. Affected magical affects are instantaneously dispelled if temporary, such as most active psionic effects, or suppressed for 1d4+1 rounds. You can selectively choose to exclude creatures from the area to avoid dispelling allies.
In addition, creatures gain a Will save regardless if they had effects to dispel or suppress. If they fail, they are unable to use psionics for the duration of 1d4+1 rounds. A successful save negates this suppression, but not the dispel attempt. They get a new save each round to break out of this effect early.
The power is taxing on the mind of the manifester. Regardless of the success or failure of this power, the manifester is also unable to use psionics for 1 round.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.
1. If you spend 4 additional power points, you may use this as an immediate action.
2. If you spend 2 additional power points, you are still able to use psionics immediately following.
3. If you spend 2 additional power points, creatures who fail the Will save also have any power resistance and temporary hit points suppressed until the end of the duration.
