With a roar the fighter's armor vanished, a muscular scaly body bursting forth with long sharp claws and skin like iron.
The dragon torso stone is a small slab of rock which looks like it has a tiny fossilized dragon ribcage embedded within. The stone does not take up a body slot on its own, instead held in hand when used. The stone only functions for creatures which know Draconic. Activating the stone is a standard action, and the stone is absorbed in the body replacing the body of the creature with a humanoid dragon body not unlike if they had the half-dragon template. The creature gains two claw attacks which deal damage equal to a monk of your character level. They gain a natural armor bonus equal to their 1/2 HD + 5 (or their normal natural armor, if greater).
Any items in the body and torso slots are suppressed during the transformation (including armor, which is absorbed and nonfunctional). The transformation lasts until the next time the user gets 8 hours of rest; the stone refuses to disengage without it. Body and torso slot items cannot be used while the dragon torso is active. After resting, the stone is ejected and the suppressed items return where they were.
If the user possesses both the dragon torso stone and the dragon head stone, they may activate both stones as part of the same standard action. If they do so they may choose to release a wave of energy during their transformation which knocks all adjacent creatures back 20 feet, with a Fortitude save vs falling prone (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Constitution modifier). A successful save halves the distance moved and negates prone.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, polymorph, must be dragonblooded and speak draconic.
Cost to Create: 12,000 gp, 960 EXP, 24 days.
