Efficient Casting [General] Prerequisites: Must be able to cast spells.Benefit: Whenever you cast a spell there is a 10% chance that the spell (either spell prepared or spell slot) is not used on completion. If the spell is lost before the casting is completed (such as losing a spell from failing to cast defensively) there is a 50% chance the spell is not lost, although the action is still wasted.
