Efficient Monster Crafter [General]
Prerequisites: Possess a Monster Control VaultBenefit: When you Craft a Monster, you may divide its material cost, experience cost, or time cost by two.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. Each time, it allows you to divide another cost by two, or increase the divisor by one for a cost that's already being divided (from two to three to four).
