Elemental Forge[edit]
A forge meant to smithing, the elemental forge needs no fuel to run. It burns hot and bright on its own, so long as a piece of an associated energy type is contained within the many gems that dot its exterior. These gems hold combustible fuel, magnetic crystals, corrosive salts, or eternally frozen chunks of ice and the flame it produces is tinted with the color of its energy, though it heats metal all the same no matter the energy it is attuned to. Crafters using this forge may enhance their creations with energy based enhancements such as Flaming or Frost as if they had Craft Magic Arms and Armor and the appropriate spells, or reduce the crafting time to 1 day if they already possess the feat.
In addition, a weapon currently enhanced with an energy enhancement can place their weapon into the forge as a 1 round action and change their current energy type (such as Flaming) into the energy type of the forge (such as Shock). This change lasts until they use a new forge or purge the energy from their weapon as a standard action, reverting them back to their normal enhancements.
The base cost is for a forge with a single energy type. An additional energy type can be added to the same forge for an additional +2000 gp, and you choose what energy type to attune with when using the second function. As a forge, it is largely immobile.
