As you manifest this power you cause time and space to bend, allowing you to move at exceedingly high speed safely. This power require intense psychic concentration and thus require the expenditure of your psionic focus in order to be manifested. Once manifested you double your move speed or gain a +60 feet increase for 1 round (whichever is higher), during that time your movement do not provoke attacks of opportunity and you are invisible while charging or running.
Once this power is used, time catches up to you causing you to become slowed for 1 round. This effect bypass immunity and cannot be ended early.
Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, the duration of this power increase by 1 round. However this also increase the duration of the slow effect.
