As the token hits the water's edge it expands, unfolding into wooden platforms that extend into the water itself.
Throwing a feather token (harbor) at the edge of water produces a small functional harbor, a simple wooden platform connected to shore and extending up to 20 ft into the body of water. It has rope, rigging, small steps, and other minor helpful items to help secure a boat and provide access to boats which have parked close. The water around the harbor itself up to 20 ft beyond its reach is always calm. The harbor lasts for 24 hours.
It can be thrown into the open waters to produce a floating stable 20 ft by 20 ft platform with the same effects as the harbor. However, this platform is less stable and vanishes after only 3 hours.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, minor creation.
