This clot of filth looks like a hard lump of things best not spoken about. Squeezing it releases a most fetid brown liquid.
This disgusting clot of sticky residue and filth has captured terrible diseases. Thrown like alchemist's fire, it deals 1d6 points of poison damage (poison immune creatures are immune to this damage) with 1 point of splash damage. The creature struck directly must succeed on a DC 12 Fortitude save or suffer from immediate onset of filth fever.
