You're light on your feet, to the point you aren't even touching the ground.
When you cast this spell the target gain a hover speed (perfect) equal to its land speed. Unlike levitate you take no penalties for attacking, but are limited to hovering no higher than your natural reach (minimum 5 ft).
If you cast this spell in a spell slot two levels higher, it becomes Mass Float, targeting one creature or object in range for every 3 caster levels.
Focus: Either a small leather loop or a piece of golden wire bent into a cup shape with a long shank on one end.
